The ordered goods are normally shipped in a free port on the business day that follow the receipt of payment.

Shipments are made through express couriers that from the date of collection at our warehouses generally guarantee delivery throughout Europe in 3/5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Transport costs are generally charged to the recipient and are quantified at checkout.
They may vary depending on the weight, volume, amount of the order and destination.

Important additional notes on shipments:
Shipments made with couriers provide for two delivery attempts at the address of the recipient.
If, unfortunately, the recipient is absent both times, the shipment is put in storage at the destination branch.
For the redelivery (possibly also to another address) there is a surcharge to be paid by the recipient of Euro 20.00.

Shipments not delivered remain in storage at the headquarters of the courier and are available for collection by the recipient for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.

When the non-delivery due to double absence occurs and the shipment is in storage, the customer is promptly notified by e-mail of the situation and all the information are given to him to solve the problem.
If the customer does not contact us for arrangements on delivery or collection in person and as a result the shipment returns to the sender, the order is considered void and the customer loses all rights on the goods.
The latter has the right to request reimbursement of the amount paid net of management and shipping costs.

The refund request must be made by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
The refund will be made exclusively by PayPal within seven days from the receipt of the request.
