Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code"), the customer (private end user), if they meet the requirements set forth by law, may withdraw, even partially, from the sales contract without penalty and without specifying the reasons, within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date of conclusion of the contract for services. In case of withdrawal:
After receiving the return authorization email, the customer must return the purchased goods subject to the return to the address indicated in the email within fourteen days of receipt, via postal service or express courier, carriage paid, i.e., with shipping costs at the customer's expense. The goods must be returned intact in all their parts and in their original packaging (these conditions are mandatory, otherwise the goods will be rejected), along with any delivery or accompanying documents attached to the product and the customer's bank or postal details for a refund. Any shipments paid by the recipient will be refused and returned to the sender.
Refund of the fee:
After receiving the returned goods and inspecting them, the seller will refund only the cost of the goods, excluding shipping costs, via bank transfer or PayPal within fourteen days of receiving the communication in which the consumer expresses their desire to exercise their right of withdrawal. It is understood that the costs of returning the returned item are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the customer purchases for purposes related to their business activity (e.g.: instrumental use, resale, etc.) or if making the purchase with a VAT number.
Furthermore, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
  • provision of services the performance of which has begun, with the consumer's agreement, before the expiry of the foreseen term;
  • supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the seller is unable to control;
  • supplies of digital products or virtual goods;
  • supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • supply of audiovisual products or computer software or in any case sealed products, opened by the consumer after delivery and not resealable;
  • supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
  • betting and lottery services (Article 55, paragraph 2). defects.
"OPPORTUNITIES" category
Products in the " SALE " category are surplus products, old warehouse stock, mismatched products, or products with minor defects described on the product page, or used products. They are offered at a better price than the standard price but are sold "as is." Therefore, they are not covered by a warranty or by the possibility of returns or refunds .
