DATA COLLECTED
When you use our services, you agree that our company may collect some of your personal data.
Below you will find a list of what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

We process two types of data: data provided by the user and data we collect automatically.

DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER

If you are a private individual:
When you register, we ask you to provide us with some data that you need to use our services and that we need to manage your orders.

These are, for example:

  • address, email and password
  • surname and name
  • date of birth
  • sex
  • city or municipality of reference
  • telephone number

As part of using the service, you can use the "Comments", "Messages" and "Chat" functions to communicate with other users or with our Customer Service, respectively.

Third party data
If you provide personal data of third parties, you must ensure that these parties have been adequately informed and have consented to their processing in the manner described in this policy.

Data of minors under 16 years of age
If you are under 16, you cannot provide us with any personal data or register on Labelshop-europe.com, and in any case, we assume no responsibility for any false statements you provide.
If we discover any false statements, we will immediately delete any personal data we have collected.

If you are a professional or a company
When you create a professional account, you are asked to provide us with some data:

  • Company name, VAT number, contact name, email address, telephone number
  • Other information: full address and any other shipping address.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We collect the following data through the services you use:

  • Technical data: for example, IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data relating to the current (approximate) location of the device you are using;
  • data collected using cookies or similar technologies: for further information, please visit the "Cookie”.


1. USE OF COLLECTED DATA

We use the data we collect to offer you our service every day, to inform you about our commercial activities, or to offer you a more personalized service in line with your interests.

1.1. To guarantee you access to our services and improve their delivery
We use your data to ensure your access to and provision of our services, including:

  • registration and creation of the reserved area
  • purchase order execution
  • using wish lists and product comparisons
  • direct contact with Customer Service
  • Administrative, financial, or accounting activities, such as those related to purchasing, payments and possible debt collection, printing invoices, reordering, etc.
  • Review of personal data and authorizations to receive additional services.

Such processing is necessary for Labelshop-europe.com to correctly provide services to registered users.

We also use your data to improve and implement the service, through the following processes:

  • communications relating to services similar to those you use
  • market research, optional surveys and user satisfaction surveys

Such processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (point 3.1), who can object at any time.


1.2. To inform you about our commercial activities
We use the data collected, if you have expressly given us your consent, to inform you about promotional activities that may be of interest to you.
In particular we use them for:

  • Communicate promotional, commercial, and advertising activities regarding Labelshop-europe.com events, initiatives, or partnerships via email, SMS, or push notifications; only if you are a professional, via operator-assisted telephone calls, and customer care services consisting of offering dedicated sales and after-sales services.
  • Perform analysis and reporting activities related to promotional communication systems, such as tracking the number of emails opened, clicks on links within the communication, the type of device used to read the communication and the related operating system, or the list of those who have unsubscribed from the newsletter.

1.3. To offer you a personalized service
We process the data collected, if you have expressly provided your consent, to analyze your habits or consumer choices in order to offer you an increasingly personalized service in line with your interests and to improve our commercial offerings. These analyses are not, in any case, related to an automated decision-making process.

2. DATA PROVISION
The provision of personal data is mandatory only for the processing necessary to provide the services offered (any refusal makes it impossible to use the service itself); however, it is optional for promotional and profiling purposes and any refusal to provide consent has no negative consequences on the provision of the service offered within the website. www.labelshop-europe.com and its related applications.

3. DATA SUBJECTS

3.1. Data controller
The data controller is DIMATICA s.r.l. in the person of its legal representative, with registered office located in Palma Campania (NA), Via Trieste, 211 - VAT number 10209381218

The data controller uses data processors to achieve the purposes specified in (Point 1) and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to monitor the protection of personal data.

For any requests relating to your personal data, see the following (Point 3.2).

3.2. Data Protection Officer (DPO) and contact information
The Data Protection Officer pursuant to Article 37 of the GDPR is Mr. Michele Dello Iacono.

We remind you that you can contact the DPO at any time and send any questions or requests relating to your personal data and the respect of your privacy by writing to service@labelshop-europe.com.

3.3. Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated
The data collected as part of the provision of the service may be communicated to:

  • companies that perform functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation – including technical – of the Labelshop-europe.com services, such as suppliers who provide services aimed at reviewing and verifying published articles, suppliers of direct marketing and customer care services, companies that provide archiving, administrative, payment and invoicing services, associated companies that provide technical components for the provision of some features of the service
  • administrative and judicial bodies and authorities by virtue of legal obligations

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union for processing by some of our service providers. In this case, we ensure that this transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable legislation and that an adequate level of personal data protection is guaranteed, based on an adequacy decision, standard clauses defined by the European Commission, or Binding Corporate Rules.

Under no circumstances do we transfer or sell personal data to third parties.

4. HOW TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON YOUR DATA, MODIFY IT, DELETE IT OR HAVE A COPY OF IT

4.1. Access to your personal data from your reserved area and revoke consent (opt-out)
You can view your personal data at any time in your reserved area. Log in to your account and click on the "My Personal Data" section.

Remember that you can revoke the consent you have provided at any time by accessing your reserved area and removing the relevant flag.

4.2. Export and deletion of personal data processing
To export your personal data (takeout) or request its deletion, you can send a request to service@labelshop-europe.com from the email address you used to register.

Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, if the export is particularly complex, within three months.

The cancellation will be carried out within the expected technical times and in compliance with the retention period specified in the following (Point 5)

4.3. Exercising your rights
Any natural person using our service can:

  • obtain from the data controller, at any time, information about the existence of your personal data, their origin, the purposes and methods of processing and, if present, to obtain access to the personal data and the information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR
  • request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, limitation of data processing in the event one of the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR applies, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and/or subsequently processed
  • Object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and processing of personal data for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising or direct sales materials, or for market research or commercial communications. Each user also has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
  • receive your personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority

5. METHODS AND TIMES OF STORAGE OF YOUR DATA
Your personal data will be stored in paper and/or electronic/computer format for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in (Point 1), in compliance with your privacy and current regulations.

For analysis purposes aimed at developing and improving the service, the user's personal data may be subject to a retention period of 36 months.

For direct marketing and profiling purposes, we retain your data for a maximum period equal to that required by applicable law (24 and 12 months, respectively).

Invoices, accounting documents, and transaction data are retained for 11 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations).

If you exercise your right to be forgotten by requesting the erasure of your personal data processed by the data controller, we remind you that such data will be retained, in a protected form and with limited access, solely for the purposes of investigating and suppressing crimes, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request and will subsequently be securely erased or irreversibly anonymized.

Finally, we remind you that for the same purposes, data relating to electronic traffic, excluding the content of communications, will be retained for a period no longer than 6 years from the date of communication, pursuant to Article 24 of Law No. 167/2017, which transposed EU Directive 2017/541 on counter-terrorism.

6. PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA
The data is collected by the subjects indicated in (Point 1), in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing using computerized, manual, and automated tools and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in (Point 1) and in any case in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data itself.

In compliance with applicable law, an anti-spam system is active for email communications. The data entered may be verified for the sole purpose of identifying illegal activity or content that does not comply with the General Terms of Service, but will not be processed or disclosed for commercial or promotional purposes.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

7.1. Messages, Comments and Chat
The Messages and Chat functions are respectively aimed at immediate communication between:

  • users of the site who interact with Customer Service exclusively for assistance or Customer Care relating to the products or services we offer

The Comments functions are respectively aimed at immediate communication between:

  • users who have had purchasing experiences and want to share them publicly and site visitors

Using the Comments service may result in your identity and the content you post being disclosed.

We reserve the right to exclude from the Comments service anyone who does not comply with the rules and/or does not respect the purposes defined for using the service, as well as anyone who adopts inappropriate and/or disrespectful behavior.

7.2. Polls
We may ask you to participate in surveys or leave a comment to learn your opinion and level of satisfaction with our products and services. These surveys may be conducted directly by us or by third-party companies that provide such services.

Within the surveys, you may be asked, optionally, to provide an email address in order to receive news and information about our products or services.

We remind you that participation in surveys is entirely optional and that you can always object to such processing.

7.3. Location
When you use Labelshop-europe.com applications and services with location tracking enabled, we may collect and process information about your current (approximate) location. This data is processed anonymously, in a format that does not allow us to personally identify you, and is used solely to facilitate the use of certain location-based features of the service. You can enable/disable location services at any time by accessing your browser and/or device settings as follows:

Safari

  • Desktop
    Go to “Preferences” > “Websites” > “Location” and remove Labelshop-europe.com from the list
  • Mobile
    Go to “Preferences” > “Privacy” > “Location Services” and turn off location services for Safari


Chrome

  • Desktop
    Open Chrome chrome://settings/content/location and remove Labelshop-europe.com from the list
  • Mobile
    Open Chrome and select “Site Settings” > “Location” and remove Labelshop-europe.com from the list

Firefox

  • Desktop and mobile
    Open Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy, search for “Permission” > “Location” > “Settings” and remove Labelshop-europe.com from the list

Internet Explorer

  • Desktop
    Open Internet Explorer, click on the “gear” icon and select “Internet Options” in the privacy panel, under Location press the “Delete Sites” button

7.4. Search engines
Information relating to any comments posted on Labelshop-europe.com will be visible in searches performed using the internal search engine and may be made available to third-party search engines, as third-party content indexing is permitted. If the page relating to the comment has already been removed from the site, the cached copy may remain in search results for a few days. Search results are not managed by Labelshop-europe.com, but users can report the removal of the page and request an update of the cached copy directly from the third-party search engine.

7.5. Applications
The data controller provides a "Work with us" page to view any open professional positions at labelshop-europe.com and reserves the right to evaluate applications received for personnel selection and recruitment purposes.

Resumes received for specific selections may be retained and re-evaluated for subsequent searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate's profile, provided they are completed within a maximum of two years. Candidates may object to the processing of their personal data at any time by writing to service@labelshop-europe.com.
If you apply, remember to include in your CV a declaration stating that you consent to the processing of your personal data for selection purposes, and avoid including sensitive personal data (such as health status, religious, philosophical, or political beliefs) that are not relevant to the job posting.

8. POSSIBILITY OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
This policy may be subject to change. If the Data Controller makes substantial changes to how it uses your data, it will notify you by prominently posting them on its pages or through alternative or similar means.
