Ordered goods are usually shipped carriage paid (free port) on the same day payment is received, or at the latest within the next business day.

In case of insufficient stock, the order will be processed within 48/72 hours (average "non-binding" technical times for production or restocking).

Shipments are made via express couriers which, starting from the date of collection at our warehouses, generally deliver within 3/7 business days throughout Europe (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, remote areas, and islands are excluded).

N.B. In case of delivery delays exceeding 7 business days due to natural or climatic causes, strikes, or technical issues of the couriers and their distribution networks, we will not be held responsible and will not accept complaints.

Shipping costs are generally borne by the recipient and are quantified at checkout.

They may vary depending on the weight, volume, order amount, and destination location.

The minimum shipping cost is 9.00 euros.

Shipping is free for orders where the taxable value of the products reaches 299.00 euros (the minimum amount for free shipping may be lower during promotions).

Important additional notes on shipments:

In case of double absence, undelivered shipments remain in storage at the courier's facility and are available for collection by the recipient for 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.

When delivery fails due to double absence and the shipment goes into storage, the customer is promptly notified of the situation via email and provided with all instructions to resolve the issue.

If the customer does not contact us to arrange redelivery or personal collection, and consequently the shipment is returned to the sender, the order will be considered void and the customer loses all rights to the goods.

The latter has the right to request a refund of the amount paid, net of the processing and round-trip shipping costs incurred by us.

The refund request must be made by sending an email to our customer service.

The refund will be issued (at the customer's choice via Bank Transfer or PayPal) within seven business days from receipt of the request.

RECEIPT OF GOODS (ATTENTION)...!

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, make sure that the packaging is intact and there are no signs of tampering or clearly damaged parts.

If any anomaly is found, accept the shipment by signing "with reserve" and take pictures if possible, then immediately notify our customer service, which will take the necessary actions and inform you on how to proceed.

N.B. No complaints will be accepted after receipt of the goods if the shipment was accepted without reserve.
