The general terms and conditions of sale of this website are governed by the European Directive on Electronic Commerce (2000/31/EC) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts.
All displayed prices are VAT excluded. Business customers will purchase exempt from VAT and will pay the tax in their own state. Consumer customers will be subject to the Italian VAT rate of 22%. Although the photos almost always correspond to the product on sale, they are for illustrative purposes only and therefore not binding. At the end of the order, if the goods are to be shipped, shipping costs will be calculated, which may vary according to the destination of the goods, weight/volume, order amount, and method of payment.
As soon as you successfully complete the order, you will receive an email from the system confirming the purchased products. At the sole discretion of the seller, orders may also be refused. All items for sale are ex-works our warehouses. The goods sold are always brand new. In case of out-of-stock items, the customer will be promptly notified with a proposal for a partial supply or an offer for an alternative item. In case of force majeure or fortuitous events, we will not be liable for any delays or failure to deliver the goods and we will also have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, or suspend or defer its execution.
The ordered goods, if available in stock, will be shipped on the same day of the order or on the following working day upon verification of payment, excluding cash on delivery (COD). For products that require preparation, design, assembly, or special transport, the shipping time will vary and will always be specified in the product sheet.
Prices, configurations, technical and aesthetic characteristics of the products on sale may be modified at any time following market variations or editorial errors.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Bank Transfer:
To be made to your bank prior to shipment using the details that will be provided to you on the final checkout page and in the order confirmation email.
PayPal and cards via PayPal:
Cards from the VISA and MasterCard circuits, VISA Electron (rechargeable) cards, American Express cards, and the PayPal Card are accepted. Holders of a PayPal account can also pay using the funds from their account by logging in directly during the checkout phase. (To do this, once you reach the payment screen provided by PayPal, you must enter your account login details where requested). Purchase in complete safety: virtual payment systems are guaranteed by highly advanced technologies. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the fact that the customer, during payment operations, is automatically redirected to the PayPal site, which is hosted on a secure server (https://). We communicate exclusively the order number and the amount the customer has to pay to PayPal. The customer communicates their sensitive data only to PayPal, using 128-bit encrypted SSL mode (billions of billions of combinations). If the payment is successful, the outcome will be communicated via email to both the customer and the seller. Based on the response received, the seller records the transaction to the customer's account and proceeds to process the order. These operations take place within a few moments, so you know immediately if the payment was successful.
Credit Card:
In addition to credit card payment via PayPal, it is possible to pay directly from the site with your credit card through Stripe, which guarantees the same level of security as PayPal.

INVOICING:
All orders placed by business customers, i.e., those who register with their VAT number, are automatically invoiced after fulfillment. The invoice can be downloaded from your personal area or requested via email from our customer service. Customers purchasing as private individuals (consumers) will not receive any invoice but will only be able to download the delivery receipt.
WARRANTY:
All products marketed through this site are guaranteed according to European regulations implementing Directive 1999/44/EC:
- For "CONSUMER" customers, i.e., all those customers who purchase products for purposes unrelated to their professional or entrepreneurial activity, the warranty will be two years from delivery under the conditions of the law;
- For "BUSINESS" customers, i.e., all those who purchase with a VAT number and use the products for professional purposes or entrepreneurial activities, only one year from delivery is provided under the conditions of the law;
In any case, any contractual warranties issued directly by the manufacturer remain unaffected, which may provide a different warranty duration for its products.
Warranty conditions may vary from product to product; for some products, the submission of a coupon usually found in the package within the indicated terms is required, while for others, it is sometimes sufficient to prove the purchase date by means of the tax document. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty usually begins from the date of issue of the tax document.
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It is void if: the damage is caused by accident, misuse of the product, acts of vandalism, fire, water, natural events, exposure to very high temperatures, excessive dust or humidity, or if the product undergoes technical modifications that are not carried out by our authorized personnel, or inadequate use, including in combination with other equipment.
In the event of a malfunction or failure of any component of the product, you must send an email to service@labelshop-europe.com containing: a copy of the tax purchase document, an indication of the defective product, and a relative description of the defect, in the clearest and most detailed way possible.
Following the receipt of your communication, you will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our managers who will provide you with all the useful and necessary information to benefit from the warranty. The faulty product will be repaired or replaced free of charge with an identical or equivalent product, provided it is returned within a short time. In the case of replacement, the returned unit will benefit from the remaining warranty period. In the event that the product is irreparable or obsolete, a credit note will be issued and you will be reimbursed for the cost of the product, excluding any additional costs incurred, or alternatively, you will be offered a voucher for the value of the irreparable product to be spent on this site for the purchase of an alternative item.
In case of shipment of goods to our laboratories, they must be sent carriage paid (freight prepaid); therefore, transport costs will be borne by the sender except in cases where the customer is authorized to ship freight collect. Shipments made freight collect without authorization, and therefore with transport costs borne by the recipient, will not be accepted and will be rejected back to the sender.
Products must arrive in their original packaging as at the time of purchase, complete with any accessories (cables, software, manuals, boxes, electrostatic bags, etc.). Products not correctly packaged or not complete with accessories will not be covered by the warranty.
In the event that a product is sent and found not to be faulty (normally functioning), the product will be sent back to the customer freight collect, and the logistical and fault-finding costs incurred will be charged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Pursuant to the "Consumer Code" law, the customer may withdraw from the sales contract without any penalty and without specifying the reasons within fourteen days starting from the day of receipt for goods, and from the day of conclusion of the contract for services. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the geographical address of the supplier company by registered mail with return receipt (A/R). The communication can also be sent by telegram, fax, or email, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt (A/R) or certified email (PEC) within the following 48 hours.
In case of withdrawal:
The customer after receiving the return authorization email, must send back the purchased goods subject to withdrawal to the address indicated in the email within fourteen days from the date of receipt, by postal service or express courier, carriage paid, meaning with shipping costs at their own expense. The goods must be returned intact in all their parts and in their original packaging (necessary conditions, otherwise rejected) together with any delivery or accompanying documents attached to the product and the bank or postal details to receive the refund.
Refund of the amount paid:
The seller will refund only the cost of the goods, excluding shipping costs, by bank transfer or PayPal within fourteen days of receiving the communication in which the consumer expressed the will to exercise the right of withdrawal. It is understood that the expenses for returning the item subject to withdrawal are borne by the consumer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the customer purchases for purposes related to their work activity (e.g., instrumental use, resale, etc.), i.e., making the purchase with a VAT number.
Furthermore, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- provision of services whose execution began, with the consumer's agreement, before the expiry of the period provided;
- supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the seller is unable to control;
- supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, unsealed by the consumer and which cannot be resealed;
- supply of newspapers, periodicals, and magazines;
- betting and lottery services (art. 55, paragraph 2).
"BARGAINS" CATEGORY (USED ITEMS)
All products in the "BARGAINS / OUTLET" (USED ITEMS) category are production surpluses, old store inventory, mismatched products, used products, or products with any minor defects described in the product page. They are offered at an advantageous price compared to the standard but are sold under the "as is" clause (visto e piaciuto). Consequently, they are not covered by any warranty, nor is there any possibility of return and refund.
PRIVACY PROTECTION:
"DIMATICA s.r.l.", as the Data Controller, guarantees the maximum confidentiality of the Client's personal data and full compliance with the obligations provided by the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). COMPETENT COURT:
For any dispute or legal issue, the Court of Nola (NA) Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
